The Berlin way of life for all – in a single building
What does the modern world of work need? What structure and spaces must a high-rise in the heart of Berlin offer to be truly attractive?
With its office and communal areas, The Berlinian provides new answers to our changing needs – both as individuals and as part of a vibrant business community, entwined with the wider Alexanderplatz neighbourhood.
Everything you need – in one building. To focus. To celebrate success. To feel good. To be creative. A Berlin way of life, translated into architecture: The Berlinian.

FEEL-GOOD CONCEPT
(Office) spaces
for everyone
The Berlinian brings everything together under one roof:
- Open or closed office layouts for every need
- Restaurant with bar and public rooftop terrace
- Conference floor with Skylounge
- Modern, spacious lobby with a 10-metre high ceiling, a coffee bar, and lounge areas
Bonus: All employees in The Berlinian have quick access to the base building which features public facilities (whether a department store, library, or other public institution moves in), and of course to a spacious rooftop terrace. Beyond that, all Berliners can feel at home with the mix of cultural and gastronomic offers.

Reaching new heights! Working above Berlin’s rooftops
The Berlinian rises high above the existing base building at Alexanderplatz. With the addition of the new tower, a total of 33 floors will become home to a new business community. Picture yourself working from the spacious rooftop terrace before heading back to the office – no matter which floor you’re on, the future of work will be here, rising 141 metres above the city.
With The Berlinian, we are creating a vibrant hotspot in the heart of Berlin – for employees and visitors alike.

REDUCING OUR FOOTPRINT
CO2? As little as possible, please!
Companies that truly embrace sustainability incorporate it not only in their business operations, but also into their choice of locations. The Berlinian at Alexanderplatz is playing its part:
As tenants, intelligent elevator technologies and operational optimizations such as lighting and ventilation systems make it easier for you to use resources efficiently in your daily routine – fully aligned with the principles of a sustainable and future-oriented work environment.
Materials are predominantly sourced in Europe.
CO2 emissions during production, procurement & installation of materials are reduced.
Transport of construction personnel and machinery takes place in an environmentally friendly manner.
Intelligent lighting, elevator, and ventilation systems save energy.

„Architecture’s task here is to create a building that will remain relevant for years to come, while reflecting the character of the city.“
